Zoho On Campus & Off Campus drive(updated Nov 2021)

In this blog , I've tried to cover everything about Zoho , its work culture , the interview process and some tips to crack the interview 😃

About Zoho

If you are from engineering colleges (mostly from southern part of India ) , you might come across the name Zoho Corporation.  The company is known for its work cultures, it's perks and benefits.

Do you know the package offered by Zoho for freshers, its 8LPA

What should I learn 🤔

1. Aptitude

2. DSA( Data Structures and Algorithms) and Problem solving

3. OOPS (Object-oriented programming) and DBMS

4. C/Java

Aptitude

For aptitude I would suggest you to visit :

Indiabix

 DSA and Problem solving

For mastering DSA  and problem solving, it requires regular practicing . CP (competitive programming)  will be helpful and easiest way to master these two skills.

Sites which I recommend

Hackerrank

Leetcode

OOPS and DBMS

These topics will be helpful for you during the technical interview.

For understanding oops and dbms, there are lots of YouTube tutorials, you can go with the one you like.

C/Java

After clearing 1st round, the next two rounds will be coding, in which you'll be allowed to code only on C/C++/Java . My personal recommendation is to go with JAVA. Since it has better built in DS compared to C and the OOPS approach will help you clear 3rd more easily compared to C.

 Interview process

 Round 1

Topics to be covered

Aptitude,  Find the output ( the question might be a flowchart, pseudo code , or a program in C/Java)

This will be Fill in the blanks and not MCQ.

Round 2

During this round you might be asked to solve basic and medium level  programs, as I suggested if you practice in Hackerrank  or LeetCode , it will be easy for you to crack this round. The questions might  mostly come from arrays and string, but be prepared for anything.

Round 3

There are two possibilities during this round, you might be asked to

1.Solve complex problems from (matrix, DP, recursion).

2. Develop application like Railway booking.(Try to use Java and OOPS which will be of great advantage).

Other Rounds

You might have around 4-5 technical interview rounds in which you might me asked

about DSA, OOPS, DBMS,OS(Operating Systems).

to do coding , aptitude and most importantly puzzles.

After completing all technical rounds, If they are satisfied with your performance , you might be offered  around 5.7 LPA / 8 LPA.  Still if the team feels you are okay , they might provide you with an internship offer , during the intern period you will be paid 15K/month, and based on the performance you will be made as permanent staff with the above mentioned package.
